Tabit PAD
- Training Mode
- Slide to confirm Quick Cash payments
1 Train your team like never before with the all new PAD Training Mode
Give your team a realistic way to learn, practice, and build confidence without risking live orders. The new PAD Training Mode creates a fully simulated environment that feels just like real service, so staff can master workflows before ever touching a live table.
In Training Mode, your team can:
- Practice taking orders, splitting checks, and handling payments
- Learn client tip flows and delivery driver assignments
- Print bills and receipts clearly marked as Training Mode
Nothing created in Training Mode reaches the kitchen or KDS, and no training activity affects inventory, sales, or reports. When you exit, all training orders are cleared automatically.
It is the fastest and safest way to onboard new staff and sharpen existing skills during service hours with zero operational risk.

2 Slide to confirm Quick Cash payments
Closing orders with Quick Cash is now safer and more intentional. A new slide-to-confirm step helps prevent accidental taps that could close an order too early.
You can now confidently complete Quick Cash payments knowing the action only goes through when you actively confirm it. This reduces costly mistakes and keeps your checkout flow running smoothly.

2 Upgrades to day-off request management
We’ve streamlined how managers review and approve employee day-off requests, making the process faster, clearer, and easier to manage.
What’s Changed
Simplified Approvals: Previously, managers had to approve or decline each requested day individually, even when an employee submitted multiple days at once. Now, multi-day requests can be approved or declined in one action, ensuring consistency and saving time
Cleaner Layout: Instead of appearing across a calendar, each request is now displayed in a single, consolidated line. This makes it easier to scan, review, and act on requests. Prefer the old view? You can still switch back to the calendar layout whenever you want
More Insight at a Glance: Select the arrow next to any request to see all of the requested dates, along with any other approved vacations during that period—plus additional helpful details
Better Filtering: Use the filter icon in the top left to quickly sort and find the requests you need
Tabit Office

- Search & Filter: Quickly find what you need by searching for an item name or code, or filtering by excluded sites
- Quick Actions: Preview excluded sites, edit availability, or remove exclusions, all directly from the list
- Bulk Updates: Select multiple items and clear exclusions in just a few clicks
