When a customer receives a gift card, they can receive an email with the card details. This email can be customized with a specific logo, card image, email subject line, and email content.
Follow the steps below to learn how to customize the gift card email:
- In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Settings > Gift Cards Shop

Under Images you can upload a custom card image to be shown in the email
The file for Card Image must be a JPEG or PNG, not exceed 500kb, should be W: 758px, H: 471px or a similar dimension

To customize the email subject and content, select the Content tab and use the email builder and values on the right side of the screen to edit as desired. Different messages can be set for customers buying a gift card for others or for themselves
- Then select Save. Now your customers will receive a personalized email when they purchase a gift card
