1 Limit PAD Access Based on Clock-In Profile
As employees sometimes have multiple roles, you may now restrict their access only to the role they will perform during the shift.
For example: After clocking in with a Bartender (B) profile, an employee will not be able to access their Takeaway & Delivery (TD) profile.

2 Streamline 86ing with quick Ingredient management
To simplify the process of 86ing, you now have to option of managing multiple items linked to the same ingredient in one place.
For example: if a restaurant uses avocado in four different dishes, a shortage or out-of-stock situation will affect all of them. In some dishes, like Avocado Sandwich, it’s a mandatory ingredient, while in others, like Green Salad, it’s optional. This feature allows easy management and adjustment of such scenarios.

Ingredients can also be 86ed or limited from the newly enhanced 86 Items menu in Tabit Office and from the Kitchen Display Screens
3 Prevent overcharging with a new credit card alert
To avoid Server errors that could overcharge a single credit card, you will now receive an alert when attempting to use the same card more than once for a single order. Tapping "No" will cancel the payment.

Price Planning can be used to prepare Menu Pricing changes ahead of time. Multiple Price Plans can be made and published as needed

2 Improve security with Daily PIN Codes for Managers
To ensure that only managers can perform certain actions, we have implemented stricter user access controls.
What is changing? You can now require managers to generate a unique 6-digit PIN code through Tabit Office each day. This code is valid for 12 hours

Managers with other User Roles are still required to use the generated manager code

Tabit Shift

To give your staff more flexibility, they can now request vacation for specific shifts or day-parts instead of the entire day.
How It Works:
- When requesting vacation, the default option will be "All Day"
- Deselect "All Day" to choose a specific shift or day-part as desired
2 Tailored Scheduling for Each Department
Each department can now manage its own default schedule independently of others.
For example: a Front of House (FOH) Manager can easily save, load, or delete a schedule specifically for the FOH department.

Tabit Guest

1 Personalize Your Reservation Management Page
Since many customers take screenshots of their reservation as proof, having their name displayed makes it easier for the hostess to find and confirm the correct reservation quickly.
To make reservation handling smoother, customer names are now automatically pulled into the reservation management pages when they make a reservation.
2 Tabit Guest now supports international phone numbers
When creating a reservation, you can now enter phone numbers with international prefixes.
The flag next to the phone number field will automatically change according to the country prefix, ensuring accurate international dialing.

1 Load Balancing for Kitchen Stations
We added a new tool to help you meet demand on peak times. You now have the option of running multiple identical stations with the same Kitchen Queue and split orders between stations as needed.
2 Prompt SMS notifications for customers
To enhance customer communication, a pop-up will now prompt staff to send an SMS text to customers when their ticket is marked as done.
This feature is relevant to Expo only for Takeaway and Eat-In Orders and does not include Delivery Orders
This feature may increase the number of text messages sent per billing cycle. Please reach out to Tabit Support with questions
3 New Filter: “Tickets with Prepared Items"
If your business works with external Expo, this new filter allows you to see only tickets with prepared items, filtering out other tickets (Fired and Held).
To enable the filter, go to Settings > Operations, and check Enable filter for tickets with prepared items

4 New KDS report available
- A new KDS report can now be found in Tabit Office > Reports > KDS Report
- This report is available on both HQ and Site level.
- You can filter the report by various categories like date, order type, total average ticket time, and more.
- It also provides analytics for ticket times based on various categories such as hour, ticket by time range, day of the week, and more.
Tabit Gift Cards
You can now add a tip when loading a gift card
When customers buy a Gift Card, they can now add a tip at the end of the payment process using Client Tip.
Tip settlement is not available so customers cannot add a tip after completing the payment
