Price plans can be used to prepare pricing updates ahead of time. Multiple price plans can be made and published whenever needed. This allows you to publish pricing without publishing any other menu changes. When published, these pricing updates will affect all Tabit platforms.
Price plans are available for single sites or HQs working with master items In their sites
Follow the steps below to create a price plan:
Price plans for single sites

In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Pricing Management and select + Price Plan on the top right

Enter the name and description of the price plan and then select Save
- Now, a table containing all the items will show. Each item will appear with the following:

In the default price column, select the + Icon under the name of the price plan (here, Halloween price plan) to change the price. To save time while editing, keyboard arrows can be used to navigate through the table

To see an overview at any time of the changes made so far, toggle View Edited Items Only to ON
- Once all desired changes are made, select the three dots on the top right of the screen
- Now your price plan is ready to be used
Price plans for HQ sites

In Tabit Office, from the HQ site, go to Menu > Pricing Management and select + Price Plan

Enter the name and description of the price plan and then select Save

The price plan table will include all sites under the HQ as price groups. If needed, price groups can be removed by selecting the X next to them.
It is usually used when prices are different on some sites. For example, if two out of five sites have different prices, I will add those two, and the others will adjust according to the default price -
Each item will appear with the following:
- Item
- Item code
- Menu
- Offer
- Default price: The current default price will appear as read-only. The price plan can be updated under the column next to it if a different default price is required. Changing this column will adjust the default price for all price groups

Price by price group: Each price group will show the current price and the option to update it in the column next to it
If any default prices are changed and published at any point, all price plans will change their current prices accordingly

Select the + Icon under the name of the price plan to change the price for a specific price group
Or the default price. To save time while editing, keyboard arrows can be used to navigate through the table -
If a current price group is different from the default price for an item, changing the default price will not affect its price, as seen for 1-Burger Combo in FL-South below. The default price was changed to 15$, but it didn't affect FL-South price because it has a different current price

Once all desired changes are made, select the three dots on the top right of the screen
- Edit: allows you to edit the price plan name and description
- Duplicate: duplicates the current state of the Price Plan
- Delete: deletes the price plan

Publish: publishes price changes to all platforms
- Now your price plan is ready to be used
