Tabit Office
Meet your new creative hub: Tabit Media Gallery
Give every digital touchpoint a polished, consistent look without hunting through folders or uploading the same image again. The new Tabit Media Gallery brings images from across Tabit Office, including Tabit Order and Kiosk, into one searchable library. Find an image by item name and reuse it wherever you need it.
Need something new? The Tabit AI Image Editor can generate an original image from a text prompt or transform an image you already have. Remove or replace backgrounds, optimize files for online ordering, crop and adjust photos, enhance them with AI, and return to an earlier version whenever inspiration takes you in a different direction.
Keep employee setup moving with job functions in the profile
Assign and update job functions while creating or editing an employee, without leaving the employee profile. Authorized users can also review and set custom pay rates for each job function from the same dropdown, keeping roles and compensation together in one smooth workflow.
Catch future stock pressure before service feels it
A weekly dashboard now brings projected stock across locations into one clear view. Color-coded statuses show which items are available, below their configured threshold, or expected to sell out, making it easier to adjust production before availability becomes a problem.
The dashboard surfaces the most urgent status for each item. Hover over any day to see the affected sites, ordered from the lowest remaining stock to the highest, so your team knows where attention is needed first.
Tabit Order
Help customers find the right menu items faster
Tabit Order search now looks beyond exact item names. It also matches category names and item descriptions, helping guests discover relevant dishes even when they search for a general craving, ingredient, or menu type.
View Menu also gives you more control over restricted categories. Choose whether a category follows its restrictions, always appears, or remains hidden. When a restricted category is visible, guests can see its order timing, supported order types, and available days or hours directly beneath the category name.
Publish PAD menus to ordering clients in a few clicks
Send selected PAD View menus directly to Tabit Order and Kiosk without rebuilding the menu for each client. Choose exactly which menus to publish, while preserving the complete structure of categories, items, modifiers, and pricing.
If a Customer View already exists, you can add the published menu to the current view or replace it. After publishing, each client version remains independently editable, so you still have the flexibility to tailor the experience for online ordering or self-service.
Tabit Shift
Double shifts stand out at a glance
Employees who worked a double shift now have an asterisk next to their name on the Daily Roster Card, making split schedules easier to spot.
Tip pooling gets smarter and more flexible
Turn a complex tip-pooling breakdown into a clear explanation. The new AI-generated summary describes how the pool is configured and how that setup affected the distribution for the selected day or time period, helping managers review results without decoding every calculation.
Tip pools can now include online, third-party, and kiosk system users alongside employee job functions. Add those channels as contributors so the tips they generate can be included in the pool and allocated to employees.
Tabit Kitchen
Tabit Loyalty
Keep Loyalty and Gift Cards close at hand
Customers can add their digital Loyalty and Gift Cards to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for fast access at checkout. Their card is ready when they are, without searching through an old email or text message for the original link or card details.
The result is a smoother redemption experience for guests and fewer delays when staff are ready to apply a reward or gift-card balance.
Tabit Guest
Let the Optimizer improve table assignments
Rearrange upcoming reservations with one click to make better use of available tables, maximize back-to-back bookings, and reduce idle time between reservations. The Optimizer considers party size, area preferences, table combinations, table capacity, and any reservations or tables you have locked in place.
Before applying anything, review a comparison of table availability and scheduling gaps before and after optimization. You can also see exactly which reservations would move, make any adjustments, and save only when you are comfortable with the new plan.
Tabit Feedback
See guest satisfaction trends in Tabit Office
The new Feedback Dashboard brings guest surveys and ratings directly into Tabit Office, giving managers one place to monitor satisfaction and understand how guest sentiment changes over time.
Filter results by site, shift, and review type to focus on the part of the operation you want to understand, compare patterns, and identify where the guest experience is excelling or needs attention.
