As part of the printer troubleshooting process, at times "Emptying Completed Jobs" may provide some relief when experiencing certain delays.
1. Locate the Spooler (SPLR) PAD.
- The PAD name is displayed at the bottom of the screen after logging in.
- The spooler PAD will be labeled "Sitename.SPLR" or "PrintSpooler."

2. Tap Printing on the top right.

3. Locate the printer by selecting either Bill Printers or Kitchen Ticket Printers.
4. Find the printer that is not printing, swipe from RIGHT to LEFT and then select the Empty completed jobs option.

5. Repeat the steps above for each printer as needed.
