DoorDash Marketplace - Menu Management

Overview:

  • Create and manage menus for DoorDash Marketplace from Tabit Office
    • Add/change menu and items
  • Automated menu sync (daily)
  • Configure a menu upcharge to markup prices for delivery menus in DoorDash Marketplace
  • Automated '86 item and modifier sync
  • Selling Alcohol Items

 

Menu Sync

A menu will be automatically synced with DoorDash 2 ways.

  1. After making changes to your Third Party View menu and selecting Save & Publish. Menu
  2. Daily at 5am CT

Note: Item Images are included in menu sync but must be reviewed/approved by DoorDash before appearing on Marketplace menu

 

Resend Menu to Doordash

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Third Party > Third Party View
  2. Select Save & Publish

     
  3. To view the menu sync status log, go to Integrations > DoorDash Marketplace

     
  4. Select Menu Status
  5. View the log of the menu update

     

 

Configure Menu Upcharge for Delivery Menus

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Third Party > Third Party View
  2. Select the gear icon (top right of window)
  3. Input the Upcharge Percentage you want applied to all menu pricing (items and modifiers)

     
  4. Select if you want prices to rounded up to the next $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50 cents, or even the next $1.00
  5. Save
  6. Select Save & Publish to send menu to Doordash with upcharge pricing

 

Upcharge Pricing Calculation

[ Item's Offer Price ]  x  [ Upcharge Percentage ] = $ Upcharge Price 

Round prices up to  >>> $ Rounded Upcharge Price

Example: 

[ Burger $8.89]   x  [10%]    =  $9.78
 
Rounding is set to $0.10 >>> $9.80
 

Upcharge Pricing will be shown on menus when ordering Delivery

When ordering Pickup menus will show the item's offer price



 

To view entire menu upcharge pricing:

  • Select Download Catalog
  • Select Tag > DoorDash
  • Select the Excel Icon

     
  • Download and open the excel to view pricing


     

 

Sell Alcohol Items

DoorDash allows merchants to sell alcohol on your menu once an alcohol addendum is signed. 
Please reach out to DoorDash to review and sign the alcohol addendum

Alcohol items must be configured with an Alcohol Servings quantity

 

Marking items in/out of stock (86 Item)

Marking an item/modifier out of stock on PAD will automatically sync to your DoorDash Marketplace menu. When an item/modifier is marked back in stock, the menu will automatically sync and will be available to order
