Deleting a Decision Group

 

A Decision Group is a list of items or free text related to a lead item. It can have a default choice, and only one value can be selected. If a group is outdated, it can be removed or deleted

Follow the steps below to remove a Decision Group:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Decisions
  2. Locate the relevant Decision Group and select the Edit icon

  3. If a group has items attached to it, the Remove option will be disabled. The group must be unlinked from any items. Learn here how to unlink them 

  4. Once all items are removed, select the Remove button in the bottom left and select Delete to confirm to deletion of the Decision Group

  5. Don't forget to select Publish on the top right to update the changes on Tabit platforms
