Removing a Decision Group from an item

A Decision Group is a list of item(s) or free text related to a Lead Item. It can have a default choice, and only one value can be selected. If a group is outdated, it can be removed or deleted

Follow the steps below to remove a Decision Group from a Lead Item:

Through the Lead Item: usually used to remove the group from one Lead Item

Through the Decision Group: usually used to remove the group from multiple Lead Items

Through the Lead Item

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Items. Search and select the item you want to remove the group from

  2. Then, select the Edit icon next to the Decisions header 

  3. From here, you can view all Decision Groups attached to the item. Select the Trash icon to remove the relevant Decision Group 

  4. Don't forget to Publish to update the changes to Tabit platforms

Through the Decision Group 

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Decisions. Hover over the relevant Decision group and then select the Edit icon

  2. Select the Items tab. Check the boxes of the items you want to remove and select Remove items
  3. Then, select Save

     

  4. Don't forget to Publish to update the changes to Tabit platforms
