Updating sender and recipient info in the Gift Card Shop

If the gift card recipient or sender details were entered incorrectly while purchasing the a gift card, follow the steps below to correct it:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Reports > Digital Gift Cards
  2. Select the pencil icon next to the customer details you would like to update

  3. Select the pencil icon next to the "To" (recepient) or "From" (sender)

  4. Update the details and select Apply

       

    If you wish, you can now resend the gift card
