In Tabit Office, we can easily search for and make changes to existing physical gift cards in our system (Learn here how to search, edit, and resend digital gift cards). We have various options such as blocking cards, adding or removing money from them, and updating customer information associated with the cards.
Follow the steps below when trying to find or update gift cards:
- In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Customers > Customers
Please note that the Loyalty section in Office manages both Gift Cards and Loyalty functions. However, Loyalty is not yet fully supported in the US

This screen displays a comprehensive list of all the Gift Cards in our system, whether they are new or have been used.

To select the gift card you want to work with, you can filter by selecting a series or entering the gift card number or customer name in the search bar, and then selecting Apply.

When you choose a gift card, a window will appear showing the following details:

If the customer is not registered in our system:
You will see all the details associated with that gift card. This includes the card's status, creation date and time, reference number, series, and the amount loaded onto the card. -
If the customer is already registered in our system: The customer card will be displayed, showing all the customer details. You can also make changes and updates to the customer information from this screen.
On the right side of the screen, you will see a selection of actions to choose from:Block CardLoad/Unload MoneyThis action is used to add more money into a gift gard without processing payment for it or to remove a certain amount from an existing Gift Card.
This is especially useful for sites that would like to provide Comp Gift Cards to their customers. Choose between loading or onloading money, enter the amount, a reason, the CVV code on the back of this card, and then select Save
