Tabit PAD
Move items between guests after they're sent to the kitchen
In addition to transferring items between tables or tabs, you can now transfer them between guests or seats.
How it works:

On the Check Screen, swipe right on the Item and select Move To

Select Guest
-
Review your selection and tap Submit

To the right of each item you can now see an indication of previous locations (In the below example it was moved from guest #1)

Easily identify which Map/Profile is currently in use
The specific name of the Map or Profile you are currently working on can now be viewed on the upper left side of the screen.
New options for restricting actions to Managers only
Payment Cancellations
To prevent potential mistakes by staff members, when a non-authorized user attempts to cancel a payment, the following message will appear:
Manual Credit Card Payments
Manually keying credit card information increases the risk of fraudulent transactions and chargeback losses.
You can now block non-Manager users from taking manual credit card payments. Manual entry can also be completely disabled.

Update reasons for comps or cancellation requests
To streamline your work, if a non-Manager entered the wrong reason fro the comp/cancel request, the Managers can now do the following:

On the Check Screen, swipe right on the corresponding Item/Order and tap Update

Select a new reason from the preset list (there is also an indication of the original reason requested)

You can add a new comment to the reason and then submit the newly updated reason and approve the request
Quantity restrictions don't apply to TD Future Orders
When an item is our of stock (86'd) or limited for today, selecting a future supply date will show the item as available and allow it to be added to the order without quantity restrictions

Tickets will still print even if the printer is unavailable
If the Primary printer is not operational for some reason (ex: printer is offline, cover is open, no paper, etc.) - fear not.
Our system now has the ability to ensure that tickets are automatically redirected to the backup (fallback) printer, keeping your operations running smoothly.
⫸ Please work with Tabit Support to assign which printers should act as the fallback printer for relevant devices
Tabit Shift
Build the schedule with an employee's workweek in mind
Managers can now build their employees' schedules employee by employee, as opposed to by shift.
📣 Managers can easily toggle between managing the schedule by employee or by shift
How it works:

In Tabit Shift, under the Schedule tab select the Options button on the far left of the screen

Select Schedule by employees

Now the schedule will be shown by Job Function and then by employee alphabetically
New Overtime threshold indication
Colors have been added to the weekly shift and hours indicators to show when an employee is approaching and/or scheduled into Overtime
Green: The employee is scheduled for less than 38 hours in the upcoming week
Yellow: The employee is scheduled for between 38-40 hours and approaching Overtime in the upcoming week
Red: The employee is scheduled for more than 40 hours and into Overtime in the upcoming week

Tabit Kitchen
Communicate important notes about Items between Kitchen Stations
Kitchen Stations can now see Item notes added by any station, as well as create a note by long pressing on an Item
New Item Preparation Status: Cooking
Items that need another step between Preparing and Prepared can now have the Cooking status enabled and applied.
Cooking status has also been added to the available filters.
How it works:

The first time an Item is bumped, it will appear as Preparing with the fire icon

The second time an Item is bumped, it will appear as Cooking with the pan icon
-
A third bump marks the Item as Prepared
Automatically update TD Order status on the PAD from KDS
Marking a ticket as Served in KDS will automatically update the PAD and the Tracker, as seen below:

Tabit Guest
Set Special Days in Tabit Guest
One-off days can now be set up in Tabit Guest, allowing restaurants to create a different configuration without changing their existing set up.
For example, applying the weekend configuration to Halloween, even if it falls in the middle of the week.
How it looks:
After being set up, along with the new configuration, there will be a pink Special Day at the top of the Tabit Guest screen, the date/time picker will be pink, and the title of the Special Day will appear

Display a reservation's end time on occupied Tables
In addition to what time the reservation was seated or how much time is left on the reservation, the reservation's end time can now be displayed on an occupied table.
📣 Only one of the above options can be configured at any given time

Tabit Office
New Suspicious Transactions report available
The Suspicious Transactions Report allow GMs/Owners/Chef users to view transactions that aren’t on the expected path of the order cycle and may be suspicious. Transactions with suspicious actions are flagged and added to a Report with information about the Order’s owner, who performed the suspicious action, Order descriptions, reason it was flagged, and more.

Where to find it:

In Tabit Office, go to Reports > Suspicious Transactions

Enter the desired date range and then select Search

Select a transaction to view more details, such as the Order timeline

Flagged transactions can be reviewed and confirmed as suspicious. Under the column Mark as Suspicious, select YES to mark it as suspicious or NO to mark it as not suspicious. Comments can also be added as needed.
📣 Users with Tabit Chef permissions will be able to see the Suspicious Transactions report
EOD emails are now available for HQs
HQs can now receive EOD emails similar to single site EOD emails with a few changes:
- HQ EOD emails are sent automatically and not triggered by all Sites performing EOD (as is done for single Sites)
- EOD status: Indicates whether an individual Site has performed EOD or not
- The entire chain can be consolidated and viewed by service type
- A periodic summary has been added
