Loading gift cards from the PAD

Loading a gift card on the PAD is a simple and efficient process. It allows you to charge customers' gift cards, whether it's a new load or a reload of an existing one.

Follow the steps below to reload a gift card from the PAD:

1. From any screen on the PAD, select the Three Dots on the top left and select Gift Cards 

   

2. Tap Gift Cards > Card Load  and the gift card load screen will appear

   

3. Tap the Select Gift Card tab and choose the relevant gift card plan

   

4. Then, locate the customer's gift card by either typing in its number manually, swiping the card, or scanning the QR code 

    

5. The card details will then appear on the loading bar, including the card number, account name, and card balance

    

6. Tap the Load tab, enter the amount the customer would like to add to the gift card and select OK (If minimum and maximum purchase amounts were set, they will display) 

    

7. Now, continue to the payment screen by selecting the Total tab at the bottom of the screen
   If you want to load additional cards, tap the + button to add another loading bar and repeat the steps before moving on to the payment screen 
   
    
    

8. In the payment screen, select the Payment Method. Then, select Submit Load

    

9. The card is now loaded and can be redeemed as payment on the PAD
