This guide offers two easy and effective ways to check a customer's gift card balance, helping you provide great service and prevent any payment issue
Follow the steps below to check a gift card balance:
Through the PAD
Through Tabit Office
Through the PAD

From any screen on the PAD, select the Three Dots on the top left and select Gift Cards

Select Card Balance

Now, scan the QR code, type in the gift card number, or swipe the card. Then select OK

The balance will be displayed. Select Continue to exit the screen or the Printer Icon to print a balance slip

Through Tabit Office

In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Reports > Gift Card Balance
If the report doesn't appear on your sidebar menu, please contact our support

Under Series, select the relevant series and then select Search
- The report will show the gift card's details, including the balance and the total balance of all cards on the top right corner

To refine the search results, use the filter bar at the top of the report
