Tabit Office provides a real-time overview of the transaction history for all gift cards. This means that you can easily track and monitor the usage of gift cards in your business.
Follow the steps below to view gift card transaction history:

In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Customers > Customers

Under Series, make sure every series is selected

In the Free text search, enter the gift card number and then select Apply

Select the pencil icon next to the relevant gift card in the results

Select the transactions tab to see the full gift card history including purchase and all redemptions
