Follow these steps to view the entire history of an Order in Tabit Kitchen, including the Fired, Held, and Served Tickets. Courses can also be marked for greater visibility.
1. From the Expediter Screen, tap on the top of a Ticket and select Open Course Dialog
2. The selected Course displays as a pop-up. Two options can then be selected:
- Show All Courses: Will display the Table history including Courses that have been Fired, Held, and Served. An Icon on the top left of each Course will indicate its status (Fire – Fired, Hourglass – Held Item, Checkmark – Served)
- Mark Course: Will display greater visibility of this Course
3. If desired, select Mark Order. This will display a pulsing red timer on the selected Course and the Expo Ticket for greater visibility of the entire Order within the queue
