Setting Shift Priority ensures that the highest priority shifts are filled first, and all other shifts filled afterward accordingly. This is done using a number system where the higher the number, the more priority the shift has.
For example, if there are two shifts in a day (Lunch and Dinner), and the restaurant works 7 days a week, the highest priority shift will receive the number 14 (as there are 14 shifts in a week), with the lowest priority receiving the number 1.
1. In Tabit Shift, select the Menu icon and then Shifts priority
2. Enter the numerical value for each shift by day part
Multiple shifts can be given the same number, setting their priority as equal. There is no requirement to use every number available
3. Select Save
