Placing a takeaway order on TD profile

You can place takeaway orders in several ways, but using the TD profile offers special benefits. It offers better visibility and control over multiple orders, unlike OTC TA orders that close automatically upon payment. Additionally, the TD profile allows you to place delayed or future orders, providing more flexibility in managing your transactions

Learn how to place an OTC TA order 

  Follow the steps below to place a TA order on TD profile:

1. From the TD profile, select New TA Order 

    

2. Enter the required information, such as name and phone number. If the customer has previously placed a TA order with this phone number, their information will auto-populate

     Pickup Notes can be added or edited if needed

    

3. Place the customer's order, continue to the payment, and select Fire Now. If the customer chooses to pay during pickup, select Fire now and take payment later

    

4. Select Mark Taken to close the order
