Tables view rely on table ownership. If a staff member doesn't see one of their orders, make sure the table is assigned to them.
You can check table ownership in two ways:

From a manager profile, go to the Tables tab to see each table and its assigned owner
- From any profile, open the table from the map screen and go to the Course screen. The owner's name appears at the top
