Understanding the All-Day Count

What Is an All-Day Count?

  • The All-Day Count is an active listing of the Items to be sold within all of the Tickets/Orders currently displayed on the screen
  • As Tickets are added to the KDS Queue, the Items in the Ticket will be shown on the All-Day Count
  • The All-Day Count will remove Items from the listing as the Tickets get marked as Served

Follow these steps in Tabit Kitchen to understand the All-Day Count and to get the All-Day Count to include previously served Tickets

Working with the All-Day Count

  1. From the Expeditor Screen, select Count from the dropdown (by default, the KDS will list Items by Priority)
  2. All Items that are needed to complete active Tickets will be displayed with a number count to the left

  3. If desired, there is an option to further filter and sort Items for a more detailed view. This can be done by selecting the Filter Icon or Sort Icon next to the dropdown

How to include recently served Tickets in the All-Day Count
