If you are pairing a new Ingenico device or need to repair an existing device at your location follow the steps below

- First, check that the Ingenico device is on by looking for both the red and blue lights. If they aren't lit, press the small black button
- Press the small button on the left side of the Ingenico device. A red light will
appear, along with a flashing blue light -
From a manager profile, go to Operations > Technician > Ingenico Device Handler
- Verify user credentials are listed and tap Pair
- A Search Device pop-up will appear. Locate the Ingenico you want to pair. If previously paired, a red Recently Paired indication will appear
- Once selected from the list, within 5 seconds press and release the power button on the Ingenico device
- When the Bluetooth pairing request screen comes up, select the Pair option
- On the pairing validation screen, a pattern of lights will flash on the screen for a few seconds. This pattern should match the same light pattern displayed on the Ingenico device. If it does, select Confirm

The device is paired when the blue box at the bottom of the device settings menu, the Entry Mode at the bottom lists:“Insert/Tap/Swipe”, and the flashing blue light on the Ingenico device is solid blue
