Tabit Bizz gives restaurant owners and managers a real-time view of restaurant performance from their phone. Review sales, orders, labor costs, exceptions, and refunds, compare results across periods and sites, and open detailed breakdowns to understand what is driving performance.
With Tabit Bizz, you can:

The overview screen
The home screen summarizes performance for the selected site and period. Sales are shown as Net Sales, excluding tax. Tap the displayed data to open a more detailed view.

Choose a period
Select Day, Week, or Month. Swipe to move to an earlier period

Net Sales
Sales excluding tax. For an open business day, this includes sales from open orders

Labor
Labor cost for the selected period and its percentage of sales

Exceptions
The value and percentage of exceptions recorded for the period. Open the detailed breakdown to review the individual types

Avg Order and PPA
Avg Order shows the average sales amount per qualifying closed order. PPA shows the per-person average for qualifying seated orders. Employee orders and orders without positive sales are excluded

Closed and open orders
Order counts and sales values. Open orders are shown for the current open business day; closed days and weekly or monthly periods do not show current open orders

Forecast
Expected sales for the period, based on the previous four weeks. The percentage shows progress toward the forecast
HQ view: compare sites
For businesses with multiple sites, HQ view brings the sites’ results together. Compare sales across sites and periods, and see how each site is performing against the four-week average.

Explore the period breakdown
The detailed view brings together labor costs, sales, orders, payments, exceptions, and more for the selected period. Tap a tab below the summary to jump to a section, or scroll through the sections. Use the calendar to change the period, the back arrow to return to the previous screen, or Home to return to the overview.
Labor costs
The Labor Cost section helps you monitor staffing and wages alongside sales. It shows six key metrics, with week-to-date (WTD) comparisons beneath the relevant daily figures.

On The Clock
The number of employees currently clocked in. Open this card to review the labor breakdown

Paid Hrs
Total paid labor hours, including overtime

Wages
Total wages for the selected period. The WTD figure provides context for the current week

Sales per Labor Hour (SPLH)
Sales generated per paid labor hour, shown as Sales Per Hour in this view

Net Labor
Labor cost as a percentage of net sales, with the WTD comparison beneath it

Gross Labor
Labor cost as a percentage of gross sales, with the WTD comparison beneath it

Overtime alert
Shows employees currently on the clock in overtime and their overtime hours today. Tap the alert to review the overtime breakdown
Job functions and employees
The Job Functions section shows the three functions with the highest wage costs. Expand a function to see more details, tap View Employees to review its employees, or tap Full Breakdown to see all functions.
Overtime
Overtime is highlighted in the labor summary so you can quickly identify costs accumulating during the day. Tap the alert, or open Labor Breakdown > Overtime, to review overtime hours and wages for employees still on the clock and those who have clocked out.
Sales by hour and day
The sales breakdown changes with the selected period. A daily view shows sales by hour; weekly and monthly views show sales by day. Both compare results with the four-week average.

Review order counts and sales by order type, see the distribution across order sources, and open individual orders for more detail.

Exceptions, promotions, and refunds
Exceptions brings together voids, manual discounts, and comps. Each row shows the action count, value, and percentage. Tap an exception type to review its details.
The count reflects individual actions, not the number of orders. For example, two item voids on one order count as two void actions.
Promotions shows the promotion count, amount, and percentage. Refunds shows the refund count and amount.
Payments
Payments shows the total and its breakdown by payment method. Each method shows an amount and percentage. Tap the arrow beside an expandable method, such as Credit Cards, to see more details.
Best sellers
Best Sellers shows the items and offers driving sales, including quantities sold and net sales. Tap View All to open the full list, then use the category filters or search field to find an item or offer.
