Both SMS and email campaigns support flexible scheduling. Send immediately, at a specific time and date, or on recurring days and dates (coming soon). Preview your messages before sending, test them to ensure they land perfectly, and customize every detail from subject lines to images, colors, and text to match your brand voice.

Set automated campaigns and encourage engagement

Automation campaigns are now available in Tabit Office, letting you create triggered campaigns that nurture loyalty at every customer milestone. You can set up Welcome campaigns that engage customers right after they join your program, Order Completion automations that reward customers after their first purchase, and Reward Redemption campaigns that activate when customers redeem a specific reward.

 

Each automation type uses the same intuitive guided setup flow, giving you flexibility in channel selection (SMS and Email), audience targeting, and campaign settings. All automations include dedicated reporting so you can track performance and optimize engagement.

Easy Loyalty login at any touchpoint

Loyalty members can access their account to view their Rewards, Points, and more from multiple locations, making it easy to stay engaged wherever they interact with your restaurant.

When creating a reservation, customers with Loyalty memberships are automatically identified by their phone number. This seamless identification appears both in Tabit Guest and on the PAD, so your team can surface loyalty benefits right when they matter most.

Guest Display
