BI is an advanced reporting feature that provides deeper insight into your restaurant's operational and financial data. It is designed for users who need more detailed, customizable, and data-driven reporting beyond standard Back Office reports.
BI reports allow operators to review trends, analyze performance, and make informed business decisions using time-based reporting.
How to access BI reports
In Tabit Office, go to BI Analytics > Business Intelligence
What can BI reports be used for?

Pre-built reports library
When you first open the BI, you will find a library of pre-built reports your organization has access to.
These reports are designed to provide quick access to commonly used operational and financial data without requiring custom report creation.

Create a new report
BI Analytics also allows authorized users to create custom reports based on available datasets and filters.
The New Report icon (next to the Excel icon on the top right) is used to start creating a custom report.

Filter options
Filter buttons allow you to narrow report data by:
- Date range
- Site/location
- Employee
- Revenue center

Export functionality
BI reports can be exported for additional review or sharing. In the BI report on the right, you can find the export to Excel (.xlsx) option.
Exports are commonly used for accounting, operational review, payroll analysis, and executive reporting.
