What Is Business Intelligence?
Business Intelligence (BI) is an advanced reporting feature that provides deeper insight into your restaurant's data. It's designed for users who need more detailed, and customizable reporting beyond what standard back office reports offer
Who Should Have Access?
BI contains sensitive financial data. Access should only be granted to owners, managers, or other designated employees who have been specifically approved to view this level of information
Why Can't I See BI?
BI is an additional SaaS module that must be enabled by the business owner. If it has not been added to your account, it will not be visible
If your site already has BI enabled but you still cannot see the reports, reach out to support. Support will require written approval from a manager who currently has access before granting permission
How to Access BI?
Once access has been granted, navigate to BI in Tabit Office: BI Analytics > Business Intelligence
