Please be aware that Tabit does not sell or offer any direct warranty coverage, and does not guarantee any form of hardware coverage upon purchase.
If an issue arises with Tabit-provided hardware, please contact Tabit Support for assistance. Before a determination is made, the Support team will require troubleshooting steps and documentation, which may include — but is not limited to — photos, videos, device serial numbers, or device names.
Tabit reserves the right to offer onsite service only after a full diagnosis has been completed and the proposal process concluded. If replacement hardware is deemed necessary, a proposal will be shared for review and approval. Please note that onsite service or hardware replacements are not guaranteed until the proposal has been formally completed.
All Tabit hardware must be charged using the correct voltage and only with Tabit-provided or officially recommended charging equipment. Tabit will not cover any issues resulting from improper use, including but not limited to:
- Use of non-approved equipment
- Damage from heat sources, moisture, improper storage, or misuse
- Cosmetic or physical damage caused by the user
Additionally, Tabit is not liable for any damage or failure resulting from natural disasters or acts of God.
Lastly, Tabit does not offer any warranty plans or coverage for hardware or equipment. Any applicable warranty is limited to the original Manufacturer’s Warranty, if one exists. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their specific terms and conditions.
