How to add a Loyalty Member to an Order

 

Adding a loyalty member or customer with a gift card to an order ensures they can earn rewards, redeem benefits, or use their stored balance during checkout. Follow the steps below to manually link a customer’s loyalty account or gift card to an active order in Tabit.

  1. Inside the order, under the shared seat, tap the card icon

     

  2. Tap Add loyalty member

     

  3. Select the relevant club. Your site may only have one option

     

  4. Enter the customer's phone number to identify them. This can also be done by scanning a physical gift card or entering the card number manually. Then tap OK

     

  5. If the customer has an account under their phone number, you will be prompted to continue to the next step

     

  6. Now the customer's loyalty account has been added to the order and they can access their benefits, use their gift cards, or accumulate points

     

  7. You can confirm that the account has been added through the green checkmark on the card and by viewing the customer's details
