PAD Views can be pushed from the HQ level to local sites to ensure consistency across all relevant sites. This is more streamlined and centralized than pulling PAD Views from HQ, and includes clear visibility controls and support for any HQ PAD View updates as well. PAD Views can be pushed from 1st and 2nd level HQs to local sites with the HQ defining visibility settings (default, work profile, time slot) on these menus across the board or customize per site.
These menus are read-only at the site level and will always reflect the latest HQ updates automatically

In Tabit Office, from the HQ site, go to Menu > PAD View. Hover to the right of the relevant menu and select the cogwheel

Any sites already linked to this menu will appear on the right. You can attach more if needed

Set the visibility requirements for each site
- Disabled
- Enabled
- Manager Only
- By Work Profile
- By Time Slot

If desired, the icon that appears with the menu on the PAD can be changed as well

Select Apply

Then select Save and Publish to push the PAD View to the relevant sites
