Edit default or mandatory choice in a Decision Group

Update the default selection in a decision group using one of two options: through the Lead Item if the change applies to a single item, or through the Decisions Catalog if you want to update the default for multiple lead items.

Follow the steps below to edit the default choice for a Decision Group:

Through the Lead Item

 

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu

     

  2. Navigate to the Items section

     

  3. Search and select the item you want to update the Decision Group for

     

  4. Access the decisions section by selecting the Edit icon next to it

     

  5. Select the relevant Decision Group

     

  6. Change the default selection

     

  7. Or reset the selection and change it to a required decision selection

     

  8. Save the changes to complete the updates

     

  9. Don't forget to Publish to update the changes to all Tabit platforms

Through the Decisions Catalog

 

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu

     

  2. Navigate to the Decisions section

     

  3. Locate the Decision group you want to edit and select the Edit icon next to it

     

  4. Then, go to the Items tab

     

  5. Select the items you want to change the default choice for

     

  6. Now, select Update default

     

  7. And edit the decision selection

     

  8. Set a decision as a default choice

     

  9. Or reset the selection and change it to a required decision selection

     

  10. Now, save the changes to complete the updates

     

  11. Don’t forget to Publish to update the changes to all Tabit platforms
