Overview:
Manage DoorDash Marketplace store hours from Tabit Office
Third Party "Time Slots" are used to control DoorDash Marketplace hours
Editing Store Hours
- In Tabit Back Office, go to Third Party > Time Slots
- Select the Edit icon
- Adjust Default hours to apply hour changes to days using Default
- If you want to configure custom hours for specific days, select the drop down and change to Custom
- Set the hours for that day
- Uncheck the days that you want to show closed
- Save
- Continue with editing other Time Slots, if needed

Select Save to send Menu Hour adjustments to DoorDash
Adding Special Hours or Closures for Future Dates
- In Tabit Back Office, go to Third Party > Time Slots
- Select Special Hours/Closures
- Select Dates for the special hour/closure
- Select Availability: Open (Special Hours) or Store Closed
- If open, set the open hours
- If open, set the open hours
- Add Description
- Select which Time Slots the special hours/closure applies to
- Select Save
- Then select Save to send Special Hours/Closures to DoorDash
Temporarily pause service for DoorDash Marketplace (make store unavailable)
- In Tabit Back Office, go to Integrations > DoorDash Marketplace
- Scroll to the bottom and select Pause Service
- Pausing Service will make store show as "Unavailable" in DoorDash Marketplace
- Pausing Service will make store show as "Unavailable" in DoorDash Marketplace
- Current store status will show "Paused" at the top of the integration page
- To make store available, select Resume Service
- Resuming service will make store available in DoorDash Marketplace
- Resuming service will make store available in DoorDash Marketplace
- Store will show "Active" at the top of the integrations page
