DoorDash Marketplace - Store Hours & Availability

**DoorDash Marketplace integration is a limited release**

Overview:

Manage DoorDash Marketplace store hours from Tabit Office

Third Party "Time Slots" are used to control DoorDash Marketplace hours

 

Editing Store Hours

  1. In Tabit Back Office, go to Third Party > Time Slots
  2. Select the Edit icon

     
  3. Adjust Default hours to apply hour changes to days using Default

     
  4. If you want to configure custom hours for specific days, select the drop down and change to Custom
  5. Set the hours for that day

     
  6. Uncheck the days that you want to show closed

     
  7. Save
     
  8. Continue with editing other Time Slots, if needed
     
  9. Select Save to send Menu Hour adjustments to DoorDash

     

     


     

Adding Special Hours or Closures for Future Dates

  1. In Tabit Back Office, go to Third Party > Time Slots
  2. Select Special Hours/Closures

     
  3. Select Dates for the special hour/closure
  4. Select Availability: Open (Special Hours) or Store Closed
    • If open, set the open hours

       
  5. Add Description
  6. Select which Time Slots the special hours/closure applies to 
  7. Select Save

     
  8. Then select Save to send Special Hours/Closures to DoorDash

 

 

Temporarily pause service for DoorDash Marketplace (make store unavailable) 

  1. In Tabit Back Office, go to Integrations > DoorDash Marketplace
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select Pause Service

     
    • Pausing Service will make store show as "Unavailable" in DoorDash Marketplace


       
  3. Current store status will show "Paused" at the top of the integration page
  4. To make store available, select Resume Service

     
    • Resuming service will make store available in DoorDash Marketplace

       
  5. Store will show "Active" at the top of the integrations page
