How to refresh the Kiosk app

 

Refreshing the Kiosk app may be necessary in the following cases:

  • A service (Takeaway or Eat-In) was turned off in Tabit Office, and the kiosk needs to sync
  • You want to proactively update to the newest version (the kiosk automatically reloads and updates once a day at night)
  • It is the first step in troubleshooting the kiosk

Follow the steps below to refresh the Kiosk app:

  1. Tap the lock icon on the top right
     
  2. Enter the admin code: today’s date (day and then month)
     
  3. The Kiosk Settings Panel opens: tap Reload app
