Issue: You set an item as Quick Add in Tabit Order, but it still opens a selection screen instead of adding automatically.
Cause: Quick Add allows items to be added with a single tap, but it does not apply to items that require:
- Forced modifiers (ex. selecting a size or cooking preference)
- Decision selections (ex. choosing between multiple required options)
In the below images, Toasted Ravioli requires sauce selection:
Solution: If an item has forced modifiers or decisions, it must be selected manually before adding to an order. To use Quick Add, consider adjusting the item settings to remove these requirements.
