A clock showing average ticket times for the last hour can be set to appear on the Expo station in Tabit Kitchen. This can be used by the kitchen staff to keep track of how efficiently orders are being completed.
Follow the steps below to learn how to turn this on for your KDS:

In Tabit Kitchen, select the three dots in the top right corner and then select Setup

Under General Settings > Expediter mark the checkbox next to Display average ticket time (last 60 min)

Now, a purple timer will appear next to the order search button, as seen below
