Placing a delivery order on the PAD

Ordering delivery with the TD profile is quick and easy. A few simple steps ensure accurate details, smooth payments, and seamless delivery management.

Follow the steps below to place a delivery order on TD profile:

  1. From the TD profile, select New Delivery Order 

     

  2. Enter the required information, such as name, phone number, and address. If the customer has previously placed a TA order with this phone number, their info will auto-populate

     

  3. Place the customer's order, continue to the payment screen to receive payment, and select Fire Now. If the customer chooses to pay during pickup, select Fire now and take payment later

     

  4. Once the order is ready for delivery, select Mark Taken through the payment screen or swipe the order from the preparing screen and assign the deliverer
