The display settings in Tabit Kitchen allow you to customize how tickets appear on screen. From urgency indicators and color-coded statuses to filtering rules and font sizing, use these settings to adjust the interface to best suit your workflow
To access the display settings in Tabit Kitchen, go to the profile screen > select the three dots on the top right > select Setup > under the General Settings, you will find the Display Settings section
Display Settings
This setting controls when aggregated items in a ticket become expandable and allow for individual item bumping. The limit can be defined between two and 20, determining when expansion becomes available
This setting depends on the Item Grouping Method set in each kitchen profile
For example:
Removes older tickets from the screen based on a defined time frame in minutes
- Exclude fired courses - Removes tickets that haven't been marked as Served
- Exclude served courses - Removes tickets that have already been marked as Served
Defines the header's background color based on the status of the ticket
