Tabit offers the flexibility to set up various delivery regions within Tabit Office, tailored to the specific needs of restaurants. This provides restaurant owners and managers with greater oversight and command over their delivery operations, including the methods they use, the estimated delivery times they provide, and the overall capacity they can manage at any given moment.
For instance, during peak hours when demand for food delivery surges, restaurants have the option to deactivate the most distant delivery regions. This strategic decision helps ensure that food reaches customers while it is still warm and fresh, enhancing the overall dining experience. Once the rush subsides and they feel equipped to handle the demand again, restaurant operators can easily reactivate these regions with just a simple toggle. This level of control not only improves customer satisfaction but also optimizes the efficiency of the restaurant's delivery service.
Delivery regions can be toggled on or off from both the PAD and Tabit Office

From the PAD

From a TD profile, select the delivery icon in the bottom left of the screen

Select the GEO Regions tab and then toggle the relevant regions on/off

Select Save setup
- Now you have turned specific delivery regions on/off

From Tabit Office
- In Tabit Office, go to Tabit Order > TD Management

Toggle the relevant region on/off under GEO Regions

Select Save setup

The changes will be reflected on the PAD
Delivery regions can also be turned on and off from the Site Setup tab
- In Tabit Office, go to Tabit Order > Site Setup. Select the Delivery Regions tab

Your deliver regions will appear on the left side of the screen with their status next to them

Turn them on/off as needed and then select Save
-When enabled, a region appears grey
-When disabled, a region appears red
