Sending customers reminders in Tabit Guest

Reservation reminders can be sent to customers directly from within Tabit Guest. This can be done individually by guest, or in bulk to remind all guests with reservations within a set time

Follow the steps below to learn how to remind customers about their reservations:

Reminding individual guests

  1. Locate the relevant reservation in Tabit Guest
  2. Select the 3 dots to show the reservation menu

     

  3. Select More or swipe to see the second half of the menu options

     

  4. Select Remind

     

  5. Select OK

     

  6. Now the customer will receive a reminder via SMS, as seen below

     

  7. Once the reminder is sent, a few details will appear above the reservation. 

    One grey checkmark: the reminder was sent but delivery failed

    Two green checkmarks: the reminder was sent and delivered

    A note with the time the reminder was sent will appear

Bulk reminder to all reservations

  1. In Tabit Guest, from within the Upcoming tab select the message bubble icon

     

  2. Select Send Reminders

     

  3. If you have more than one shift slot, select the relevant slot to send reminders for and then select OK

     

  4. Now all guests with reservations during this shift slot have received a reminder about their reservation and the reservation menu will show at what time they were reminded
