The Thank You screen on the PAD prevents customers from interacting with the device after adding a tip and completing their payment. This feature allows staff to leave the PAD at the table while attending to other tasks.
Follow the steps below to exit the Thank You screen:
- Double-tap the screen with two fingers spaced apart (like a peace sign)
- Tap anywhere on the screen to return to the Payment screen
- Once you're back on the Payment screen, you can close the order as needed
