When a guest requests an item without certain standard ingredients, you don't need to look for a separate "Without" option. Our system is designed to handle these modifications easily and intuitively, allowing you to customize orders and communicate changes to the kitchen efficiently.
The system indicates what is different from the standard item. When no changes are made, the kitchen assumes all standard ingredients are included unless specified otherwise
How does it work?
Removing a modifier from an item is done by simply dragging it out of the item. This action will automatically print as “No/without...” (depending on the kitchen queue settings) on the kitchen ticket.
For example, if a customer orders a Summer Salad and asks to remove pepper and sweet potato fries, drag both modifiers to the right. The kitchen ticket will display: Summer Salad, No Pepper, No Sweet Potato.
If the item isn't modified and no changes are made, it will print a plain Summer Salad on the kitchen ticket
