If you notice that images are not appearing for certain menu categories on your Customer View page, follow these steps below to resolve the issue:
- In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > Customer View
- Select a category with missing image
- Select the Menu Properties button
- In the Menu Properties pop up, locate the Cards Display dropdown list and ensure it is not set to Hide images for category.
- If no image is set, you can add one by selecting the image section in the bottom left of the window, under Description
- Once you’ve made your changes, select Apply to confirm and then Save & Publish to update your online ordering page
