Missing category images in your online menu

If you notice that images are not appearing for certain menu categories on your Customer View page, follow these steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > Customer View
  2. Select a category with missing image
  3. Select the Menu Properties button

  4. In the Menu Properties pop up, locate the Cards Display dropdown list and ensure it is not set to Hide images for category.
  5. If no image is set, you can add one by selecting the image section in the bottom left of the window, under Description

  6. Once you’ve made your changes, select Apply to confirm and then Save & Publish to update your online ordering page
