Creating Take Away orders using the OTC Profile

When a customer approaches the counter to place a take away order, you'll need to quickly and accurately process their request. 

Follow the steps below to create a take away order using Over The Counter (OTC) profile:

1. From an OTC profile, select the Take Away tab
   
   

   

2. Enter customer information:
   • Tap Anonymous in the top left corner
     
     

     

   • Enter the customer's details and then tap OK to confirm
     
     

     

3. Add Items to the Order: Drag items from the right side of the screen to the left to add them to the order
   
   

   

4. Process the order:

   • Once all items are added, tap the dollar symbol at the bottom of the screen

   • Select Fire to send the order to the kitchen for preparation
     
     

     

   • After firing the order, you can take payment from the same tab.

5. The Take Away order will now appear in the orders list, marked with a take away icon indication on the left for easy indication
