When a customer approaches the counter to place a take away order, you'll need to quickly and accurately process their request.
Follow the steps below to create a take away order using Over The Counter (OTC) profile:

From an OTC profile, select the Take Away tab
- Enter customer information:

Add Items to the Order: Drag items from the right side of the screen to the left to add them to the order

Process the order:
- The Take Away order will now appear in the orders list, marked with a take away icon indication on the left for easy indication
