Tabit Order allows you to manage item availability for online orders. This is useful when an item is low in stock or you want to reserve inventory for other order types (ex: Seated orders).
To fully control an item's visibility and availability, you need to adjust settings in three different areas:
Limiting the item itself
- In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > TD Management
- Select Limit Item in the top right corner
- Search for the item you with to limit
- Enter the stock limit and then select Update Limit
- The limit will now appear in red next to the item
To completely remove an item from stock (86 it), toggle the item to OFF
Setting a minimum amount for online availability (all items)

In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > Site Setup > Advanced Settings

Locate Stop Dish Count in the right column
- Enter the stock threshold for online availability. Ex: a limit of 10 means the item will be unavailable on Tabit Order but still available on the PAD
- Select Save
Configuring out-of-stock display options
- In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > Site Setup > Advanced Settings
- Locate Out of Stock Display in the right column
- Choose one of two opsions:
By configuring these three areas, you can effectively manage item availability and presentation in Tabit Order to align with your inventory and business needs.
