How to restart the spooler

In the event of any printing related issues, resetting the spooler should be the first step. It may also be helpful to restart the spooler after any printing configurations have been changed. Should the spooler be active and responsive, it may be reset in the application.

Follow the steps below to reboot the spooler: 

  1. From a manger profile, tap the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
  2. Tap the Settings icon ⚙️
  3. Scroll down on the left-hand side and tap Restart Application



If the spooler is frozen, the hardware itself will need to be reset

  1. Press and hold the lock button and home button simultaneously for 3-5 seconds or until a black screen appears.
  2. Wait for the iPad to power cycle and turn back on
