How can a guest modify their reservation?

Guests can modify their reservation without calling the restaurant. This saves time and effort on the restaurant's side, and allow customers to be more in control of their reservation.

  Guests will be unable to modify reservations that are within the no-show period (as configured by the site)

Follow the steps below to learn how guests can modify their own reservations:

  1. Select Modify Reservation on the Reservation Management screen

  2. The guest's current reservation will appear at the top of the screen. Under Modify Your Reservation, they can change the date, time, number of guests, and/or seating preferences. Make the relevant changes and then tap Continue and complete the reservation process

  3. In Tabit Guest, the hostess will receive a system notification showing the modified reservation

  4. In Reservation History, both the original and modifier details will appear
