Why are there lines and symbols on my bill?

If unrecognized lines and symbols appear on guest receipts, it's possible that there have been recent changes made to Print Headers and Footers in Back Office

  To access Print Headers and Footers, the user must have Back Office permissions

Follow the steps below to check if Print Headers and Footers are set up properly:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Back Office > Print Headers

  2. Verify that the Print Headers and Footers are correct and there are no typos or unsupported characters. Each site may choose to configure their Print Headers and Footers differently, but here is an example:
