Tabit Shift allows employees to swap and offer up shifts. When a shift is offered up, it must be claimed by another employee to be assigned to them
Any shifts that have been offered up for swaps or pick up will appear in the Incoming Shift Trades box, under the notifications box, as seen below
A Shift Swap means that an employee has asked to swap one of their shifts with one of your shifts
A Shift Offer Up is a shift that an employee is unable to cover and has chosen to offer it up to other employees to claim
How to accept a Shift Swap

If another employee has asked to swap shifts with you, it will appear under Incoming Shift Trades

To accept the swap, select the three lines next to the request

Then select Confirm Shifts Swap

Your Manager will be notified of the swap and required to approve it to complete the process

Once the shift swap is approved, it will appear in green as seen below
How to claim a Shift Offer Up

Shifts that have been offered up will appear under Incoming Shift Trades

To claim a shift that has been offered up, select the three lines next to the relevant shift

Then select Pick-up the shift

Your Manager will be notified of the change and required to approve it to complete the process

Once the change is approved, it will appear in green as seen below
