Why is the item printing for the wrong course?

When created, all items must be assigned a default course. If an item prints under the wrong course, it usually means it's assigned to the wrong default course.

Learn here how to change an item's course on the PAD (this is not a permanent solution. Use this option only in specific scenarios where a quick adjustment is needed)

Follow the steps below to assign an item to the correct default course in Tabit Office:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Items

  2. Search and select the relevant item, and select the Edit icon 

  3. Select the dropdown under Default Course and select the relevant course

  4. Select Save

  5. Select Publish to update the change to the cloud

  6. Now the item has been assigned to the correct course
