Setting up and editing tip suggestions in Tabit Order

To configure or edit tip suggestions that customers will see at the end of the online ordering process, take the following steps:

  1. In Tabit Office, go to Customer Order > Site Setup

  2. Under the General tab, check Enable Tip on both Takeaway Setup and Delivery Setup boxes. Once checked, 4 boxes for tip suggestions will appear

  3. You can edit the percentages for the preset tip suggestions by selecting the blue pencil icon to the right

  4. You can also toggle between set percentages or dollar amounts
  5. Once done, select Save
