Where to View Cumulative Gift Card Liability

The current cumulative Gift Card balance for a given series, or all series together, can be viewed in Tabit Office.

Follow the steps below to learn where to find a site's cumulative Gift Card liability below:

1. In Tabit Office, go to Loyalty > Reports > Gift Cards Balance

   

2. Select the relevant series (or multiple series) and then select Apply

   

3. The current balance will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen
