Menus and Menu Sections serve multiple purposes:
- Customized reporting through Tabit's Business Intelligence platform
- Management of multiple price points
- Secondary grouping of menu items outside of the Tabit Catalogue
This is usually done during initial setup, though sometimes an offer needs to be moved between Menus.
Ex: The Chopped Salad from the Food Menu and Half Price section should be transferred to the Happy Hour Menu under the Food section.
Follow the steps below to transfer an Offer to a different Menu:
- In Tabit Office, go to Menu > Menus

Select the relevant Menu

Within this Menu, select the pencil icon to the right of Menu section with the Offer you want
- In the Transfer Offer window that will show, select an Offer or multiple Offers (you can also "Select All") you would like to transfer
- Select the Menu dropdown and select a Menu to move the Offer to
- Select a Menu Section to move it to
You can choose to transfer an Offer to a different Menu Section or transfer to a different Menu AND Menu Section
- Once your selections have been made, select Transfer
Now the Offer has been moved to another Menu
